What a weekend, indeed!
How can we (Caring For Troops) thank our local
supporters enough, especially the Redmond Rod and Gun Club?
This weekend ended with a bang,
really! Over $2,500 was raised to support our efforts in
supporting our deployed troops and their families as the Redmond Rod
and Gun Club hosted a competition to benefit CFT and our Troops.
Saturday Pack-Up: Elected
officials, Ben Westlund and Chuck Burley were present. We
welcomed home LCPL Chad Russell home from Iraq and Major Pete
Goodrich from Afghanistan. Chad has seen action in Fallujah and Pete
helped build the first university ever built in Afghanistan.
